Process Details :

                     Gigabit.exe is the main component dropped by Bagle.U. It is a modified variant of Bagle.T worm. Bagle.U uses  e-mail addresses collected from wab, .txt, .msg, .htm, .shtm, .stm, .xml ,.dbx, .mbx,   .mdx, .eml, .nch, .mmf, .ods, .cfg, .asp, .php, .pl, .wsh, .adb, .tbb, .sht, .xls, .oft, .uin, .cgi, .mht, .dhtm, and .jsp files to distribute infected messages. 

                     Bagle worm arrives as an .EXE e-mail attachment. The infected attachment will randomly chosen by the worm. The infected mail message body and subject will be blank. 

                     When the worm file is executed, it copies itself to Windows system folder as "gigabit.exe" in the background. W32.Beagle.U@mm modifies registry run section to load automatically on the next startup. The registry modification is given below.

                    Bagle.U worm uses its own SMTP engine to send infected messages. The worm tries to terminate security programs in the infected system. Bagle.U worm will not send infected mails to the following e-mail addresses

                    Bagle.U contains backdoor abilities and it opens TCP port 4751. It allows hackers to upload files in the infected computer. Bagle.U worm appeared on  26th March 2004.
